It is with great pride that Studio Pacific announces the project team for 133 Molesworth Street has been awarded the Best Team Award at the Wellington Property People Awards 2017.
The award acknowledges a group of people who, working together as a team, have achieved outstanding results. Their collective strength is created through their behaviours as a team, including the habits of communication, respect, collaboration, problem solving and common goal. The team is outstanding in terms of innovation and inspiration, and have positively influenced the future of the property industry. The team for this project included: Property Owner Mike McCombie, Project Manager John Robinson, Studio Pacific for some fantastic Architecture, Beca for Structural and Services, Fletchers for Construction.
