NABERSNZ has rated Studio Pacific’s Meridian Building 5.5 stars out of 6 for base building energy performance, the highest rating to be given out so far.
The Meridian Building was also the first commercial office building in New Zealand to receive a 5 Green Star rating. NABERSNZ was launched earlier this year with the aim of improving office building energy performance. More information about the rating system can be found at www.nabersnz.govt.nz.
