Earlier this month, 30 Madden won an Excellence Award at the Property Council New Zealand Property Industry Awards.

30 Madden offers refined living in the heart of the new Wynyard Quarter Precinct. 30 Madden Street was a two-stage multi-unit residential apartment development. The development houses 153 apartments, townhouses, duplexes and commercial spaces of various sizes and configurations over five buildings.
Excellence is presented to projects that are deemed to be amongst the best in their chosen category, and that symbolise excellence within the property industry across all aspects of the evaluation. There may be multiple Excellence Award winners in each category.
