In addition to recently welcoming Alfa Lui to our team, we are pleased to announce that Dilan Savage is joining us as a Design Intern this summer period.
Dilan Savage will work in our Te Whanganui-a-Tara studio through to February 2024 as a Design Intern, gaining experience in our practice and working closely with our teams on projects across Aotearoa New Zealand.
While completing his master’s degree in architecture at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington, Dilan research and explored how displaced self-identity can be reconciled through speculative architectural methods. He has a particular interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its use for exploring design problems.
Dilan is excited to contribute to the architectural team at Studio Pacific and to continue learning how architecture can be designed to be a fully engaging and meaningful experience for occupants consciousness and also how architecture can be designed equitably and ecologically, as well as economically and socially.
