We’re proud to have added the full details of Studio Pacific’s parental leave policy to The New Zealand Parental Leave Register. This is the first register globally to have this level of verified parental leave information and our decision to join reflects our commitment to transparency.
For the 100,000 Kiwis who welcome a child each year, the register will provide them with the information they need, up front, to best prepare for one of life’s biggest and most expensive changes, and to perform both their professional and parenting roles with balance.
The register, built by Kiwi parenting and money platform Crayon, is now live as of Tuesday 2 May, and features over 180 parental leave policies, covering over 500,000 New Zealanders (1 in every 6 employees).
