Studio Pacific is delighted to share The Marlborough at Launch Bay in Tāmaki Makaurau was awarded Gold in the Residential Category at the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards.
The Registered Master Builders Commercial Project Awards sets the benchmark for commercial construction in New Zealand and celebrates collaboration and innovation across the building industry.
Project teams from all around Aotearoa came together in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland on Friday 19 May to celebrate the best in commercial construction.
The Marlborough at Launch Bay is a six-storey boutique apartment building, made up of one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. The new build features internal lifts, extensive sea views and sizable balconies that provide a private outdoor living area for each apartment.
Located in a high wind and spray zone, the external façade of the building and the brickwork was completed to a very high level of quality. Another challenge throughout the build were COVID-19 delays, however despite this, the project was completed ahead of time.
