We are proud to be partnering with TupuToa once again, providing opportunities for the next generation of Māori and Pacific business leaders, and continuing our commitment to increase representation and diversity in the architecture industry.
Alfa Lui will work with us for three months throughout the summer as a Design Intern gaining experience in our architecture studio and working closely with our teams on projects across Aotearoa New Zealand.
The TupuToa Internship Programme is an employment pathway that provides professional opportunities for Māori and Pacific tertiary students in corporate, government and community organisations.
“TupuToa was borne from the need to see increased Māori and Pacific representation in leadership positions in the corporate sector. Māori and Pacific peoples make up a quarter of our population and yet are largely invisible in corporate New Zealand.”
