We're pleased to share that three of our projects, Blue Mountains Campus, BNZ Place, and Tākina, have been named finalists in the 2024 Property Industry Awards, hosted by Property Council New Zealand.
The Property Industry Awards recognise excellence and innovation in the New Zealand property industry. They celebrate outstanding projects, developments, and professionals across various categories such as commercial, residential, sustainability, and urban development. These awards serve to showcase best practices and promote excellence within the industry, driving progress and innovation in New Zealand's property sector.
The following projects, designed by Studio Pacific Architecture, have been shortlisted in this year's Property Industry Awards.

With a record-breaking 141 finalist, judging for the awards is already underway with the esteemed panel of 17 judges, headed by Andrew Evans, visiting projects in the coming weeks. Winners will be announced at an event in Auckland in June.
