Louise Marsden

Louise is an Independent Director and Chair of the Studio Pacific Board, bringing more than 25 years’ experience across infrastructure, commercial and financial advisory, asset management, and governance in Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally.

Her governance experience includes board roles across construction, infrastructure, community housing, and not for profit organisations. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand.

As Chair of Studio Pacific’s Board, Louise brings an independent perspective to the practice’s governance, drawing on her commercial, financial, and governance experience to support the long term direction and resilience of the studio.
