The Quays

The Riverside Park in the heart of Blenheim, Taylor River has been reimagined as a focal point for the region, and a new hub for social, economic and community life.

The design of the Quays Riverside Park references a number of important elements for the region, drawing inspiration from the historic role and form of the river edge, and the alluvial plains and fertile landscape of Marlborough. The resulting language of form and materiality is therefore rooted firmly in this place; it speaks to the past whilst optimistically looking to the future and acting as a catalyst for further development and engagement.
