The Marlborough Apartments

The Marlborough Apartment building is a new six level apartment building located on a prominent corner site at the entrance of Hobsonville’s Launch Bay precinct, Tāmaki Makaurau's visionary new harbourside neighbourhood.

The Marlborough Apartments offer 39 homes over six levels. Ranging from one to three bedrooms, they encourage a diverse mix of households.

The building is located adjacent to the heritage Catalina Hangar building and marks the arrival at Winton’s newest neighbourhood. Uniquely, The Marlborough is a zero-car development and represents a bold step towards a low-carbon future. Bicycle parking is provided as an alternative and the building sits on strong public transport connections.

The Marlborough is one of several key buildings in the integrated neighbourhood and landscape masterplan for Launch Bay designed by Studio Pacific.
