He has a special interest in commercial construction, particularly in employing mass timber construction systems. This interest is exemplified in his recent work on the refurbishment of 149 Featherston St in Wellington for Robt. Jones Holdings Limited.
Jeremy has been involved in several of Studio Pacific’s major projects, with particular expertise in space planning, technical detailing, and project management. He also has experience in digital modelling and fabrication, frequently leading the operation of CAD/CAM software and machines.
Jeremy's project experience spans various scales and types, from smaller renovation work on existing houses to larger medium-density housing developments, including apartments, terrace, and courtyard housing, as well as refurbishment and new build schemes for large commercial projects.
Within the practice, Jeremy oversees and directs IT systems implementation and management. He is also responsible for deployment decisions relating to new technology, such as 3D printing.
